Перевели борг за авто у фінлізингу на нового боржника: як закрити рахунки
Наше підприємство придбало у лізинг автомобілі з подальшим викупом протягом 5 років. Сплачуємо відшкодування вартості автомобіля та комісію з процентами. Автомобілі перебувають на балансі підприємства та амортизуються. Один автомобіль ми передали ФОПу згідно з договором про переведення боргу.
Як у бухобліку закрити проводками ці операції?

ВІДПОВІДЬ: Оскільки йдеться про автомобіль у фінлізингу, зобов’язання за яким певний час виконувалися, то на момент переведення боргу й передання авто новому боржнику у первинного має бути наявним сальдо на таких бухгалтерських субрахунках:
- за Дт 105 “Транспортні засоби” — на суму первісної вартості авто;
- за Кт 131 “Знос основних засобів” — на суму накопиченої амортизації;
- за Кт 531 “Зобов’язання з фінансової оренди” та/або Кт 611 “Поточна заборгованість за довгостроковими зобов’язаннями в національній валюті”;
- можливо, також ви передаєте новому лізингоотримувачу борг за нарахованими, але не сплаченими лізингодавцю процентами, тоді “зависає” також певна сума за Кт 684 “Розрахунки за нарахованими відсотками”.
