If you have to learn how to scan a document, there is a way to scan using a printing machine that is capable of scanning documents or using an app in your mobile phone. Place your printed document on the glass scanner and align it properly. Open up the scanning application in your computer and click on the scan tab. Select the color mode and resolution depending on your requirements. Preview and save the scanned image in your computer.
