Штрафні санкції за невиконання нормативу працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю
Закон України “Про основи соціальної захищеності осіб з інвалідністю в Україні” від 21.03.91 р. № 875-XII (далі — Закон) гарантує особам з інвалідністю рівні з усіма іншими громадянами права та створення необхідних умов, які дають можливість працювати в усіх сферах суспільства.
