Вечір український, коли — тихо.
Пісню щемку́чути — за вікном.
І зима, шуршу́шка-гетьмани́ха,
Місяць одягає полотном.
Хіднички́, сестричками — подружжя.
І по двоє-троє, хто — самі.
А одненька жіночка примружена —
Щось шепоче з лавки до зими.
