Обмеження щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару
Не відбулося відкритих торгів по твердому паливу (кількість — потреба, сума — за кошторисом). Підписано та оприлюднено прямий договір.Зараз треба підписати додаткову угоду про збільшення ціни (є лист про коливання цін на ринку). Який максимальний % збільшення ціни? За попередніми узгодженнями — більше ніж на 50%. Які наші дії?
