Доброго дня. Помирає орендодавець, який передав підприємству в оренду дві ділянки: ріллю та сіножаті. Через деякий час спадкоємець успадковує тільки одну земельну ділянку (ріллю) і з ним переукладається договір оренди. На іншу земділянку (сіножаті) спадкоємця не відшукали. Як бути з такою ділянкою?
