Finally found a workshop that doesn't treat me like a walking wallet – sharing my experience
I just wanted to share a positive experience for a change because I know how rare it can be to find a trustworthy garage in this city. I've been driving my 2018 Mercedes C-Class for a couple of years now, and I've always dreaded taking it in for service because I've had so many bad experiences with workshops that either overcharge, take forever, or just don't seem to know what they're doing with German cars. My AC recently started blowing warm air and the car was due for a routine service, so I was dreading the whole process. A friend recommended a place in Musaffah that he'd used for his BMW, and honestly, it was such a relief. The team actually took the time to explain what was wrong with the AC, showed me the old parts, and didn't try to push unnecessary extras on me. The whole experience was smooth, transparent, and the pricing was fair. I'm pretty sure they're considered a luxury car service workshop in Musaffah because they seem to specialize in high-end European cars and have the proper diagnostic tools. Anyway, just wanted to put this out there for anyone else who's tired of being ripped off or dealing with mechanics who don't know their way around a modern Mercedes. It's such a weight off my shoulders knowing I've finally got a go-to place that I can trust. Fingers crossed they stay this good because I'm planning to keep this car for a long time.
