Розблокування податкової накладної: як скласти та подати позовну заяву
Блокування податкової накладної та розрахунку коригування (далі — ПН/РК), спрямоване на запобігання неправомірних дій з ПДВ, іноді суттєво ускладнює діяльність чесних підприємців, які дотримуються законодавства.
